The HolAzAutó Main Menu consists of two parts: the User Menu (profile, device registration, subscription data, messages, customer service, clear cache, logout) and the Functional Menu, which contains the functions according to your contract (Fleet monitoring, Transport, Basic data, Administration, Registration management, Document store).

The HolAzAutó main menu is located vertically below the logo. It consists of two main parts: the User Menu and the Functional Menu.

In the User Menu you can find the Profile, the Device registration, the Subscription data, the Clear cache and the Logout. This part of the main menu can be opened and closed with the arrow next to the user name, below the profile picture.

The Profile menu contains the following options:

The Personal data (name, year of birth, address, phone number, measurement unit system, time zone) editing screen, where you can also set whether you want to use the service in English or Hungarian.

In the Settings you can set the default display options of the known points (POI) in the different functions, and the grouping of the icons on the map interface of the current positions. You can mute the sound signals for all system messages, and you can also set here the length and duration of the route drawn on the map interface of the current positions. The route length can be configured based on distance and time as well.

Under Password change you can renew your password. The system evaluates the strength of the password: the more character types you use, the stronger it is. This is indicated with a red-green gradient bar and a label below the password input field.

Under Display settings you can set the name template belonging to the device, vehicle or person; as a convenience, different templates can be used on the map interface, in the exports, in the lists and in the mobile applications, as required. Drag the property into the field of the desired interface so that the property appears on the given interface.

In this function you can register the device installed in the vehicle. When a new device arrives, a PDF file is attached to it, which describes the commissioning process in detail. If you register your first device as a new customer, you cannot access any other function until the registration is completed; after the registration a user is generated for you.

The subscription data function serves to set the data required for invoicing (subscriber, subscriber type, billing name, external identifier, country, language, postal code, settlement, address, billing e-mail address, phone), and also includes the Customization, Vehicle booking, Shipping addresses and Display settings tabs. The clear cache function serves to clear the application's cache. Its use is recommended if you have received or lost object or function permission, modified group membership, or created or deleted a device-vehicle, vehicle-vehicle or vehicle-person pairing.

With the logout you can exit the application and sign out of your profile.
