The HolAzAutó Basic data → Tags function maintains the created tags; with the tags, devices, vehicles, persons and points of interest (POI) can be sorted into groups, and the objects with the same tag can be found in later searches with one click.

You can characterise the content of the group by naming the tag. For example, if your fleet also contains rented vehicles, you can create the Rented tag to mark the entities related to them, but you can also use the function along other practical aspects, such as tags named diesel, petrol, estate, flatbed, etc.

Follow the steps below in the HolAzAutó system:

• Navigation: open the menu item indicated in the summary and description above.
• Actions: use the list, search fields and action buttons of the screen to perform the operation (create, modify, delete, export).
• Result: the HolAzAutó system saves and displays the changed data immediately.
