Smoke report
The HolAzAutó Fleet monitoring → Custom queries → Smoke report displays the smoke detection events based on the data of the optionally available smoke sensor; the result contains the cumulative TVOC, the distance, the duration and the classification of the detection.
The Smoke report query displays the smoke detection events based on the data measured by the smoke sensor installed as an optional accessory in the vehicle: based on the TVOC load detected by the sensor and the classification of the detection, the HolAzAutó report shows whether smoking occurred in the vehicle. The query is available for users with the appropriate permission; this requires the “Custom queries - Smoking” function permission.
Besides the Smoke report, the Smoke detection rule element can be added in the Administration → Rule manager → Create custom rule without template menu, allowing you to receive an immediate notification about smoke detection. You can read more about using the rule manager here: Rule manager.
Configuring the query
To create a Smoke report query, provide the following parameters:
- Query name — a name used to identify the report.
- Date period — a predefined period or a custom start and end date with time.
- Vehicles — the query is vehicle type; use the vehicle selector button to pick the vehicles to examine.
- Show path on map — when enabled, the sections are also displayed on the map interface next to the result; for large amounts of data, disabling it can speed up the query.
To run the query you must select at least one vehicle; then you can run the query immediately with the [Run] button or save it as a profile with the [Save] button.
The result
The finished report is available in the Special reports section of the Document store and can be downloaded in CSV and PDF format, or displayed on the interface if required.
The result table shows the following data:
- the vehicle,
- the cumulative TVOC,
- the distance,
- the duration,
- the classification of the detection.
