Special reports

The HolAzAutó Special reports menu offers numerous unique queries developed for specific client needs (temperature values, visited POIs, POI & Route Analysis, meeting points, fuel consumption, overfueling, EcoDrive, utilization, parking zone attendance, country breakdown, mileage, private use, stoppage, attendance sheet, parking in private use, dwell time, operation log, border crossing, nature of use, fuel consumption by activity, POI last entry, smoke report); the queries can be run immediately or saved as reusable profiles, their results are stored in the Document store, can be scheduled and displayed on a map/table.

The Special reports menu contains the queries developed for the special needs of our existing clients, using the experience gained from using the application.

A number of queries are available in the module, providing information that most users consider important. The number of queries is constantly expanding; the currently available queries are:

Our users can configure and run one-off queries within every query type, and save the frequently or regularly used configurations as a custom profile.

Creating queries is easy; after defining the parameters needed to compose the given report, two options are available:

• clicking the Run button runs the query immediately, or
• clicking the Save button creates a new query profile with the name and parameters given by the user.

The profiles created this way can be found in a drop-down list under each query type; they can also be edited or modified later. The parameters of the queries, including the mandatory information, vary from report to report.

The scheduling function — just like in the Evaluation function — serves to receive the saved query profile updated on the e-mail address you set, at the configured intervals. This way you can automate the creation of the query and regularly get information about the events and data of your fleet.

Click the clock icon on the far right of the function buttons above the table to open the list of all schedules or to create a new one.

Clicking the icon opens a pop-up window with the list of the schedules already created; in each row the pencil icon opens the editor and the trash icon deletes the schedule.

A new schedule can be created by clicking the plus button; the configuration window opens where you have to provide:

• the name of the schedule,
• the e-mail address to receive the query,
• the evaluation profile to schedule,
• the type of the frequency — daily, weekly, monthly,
• and the frequency — for daily frequency how many days, for weekly the day of the week, for monthly the day of the month.

The scheduling icon can also be found among the function buttons of the list groups, in the profile list.

If you click the schedule icon in the row of a saved profile, the evaluation profile field is filled in automatically.

The results of the queries are stored in the Special reports section of the Document store and can be downloaded from there. The pin at the far right is responsible for displaying the result; the download button next to it allows downloading.

The result is displayed in the already familiar summary table with expandable levels, in which the data are listed per vehicle broken down by year/month/day/sections. Clicking a selected section or a period covering multiple sections displays the corresponding route or position on the map, in a given case with the pins marking the events.

The interpretation of the data in the table is supported in the case of any query type by the control buttons in the upper left corner, which allow choosing among three display modes:

• the full table,

• the hybrid view,

• and the full map.

Searching among the displayed values is facilitated by the sorting function, which can be performed by clicking the column headers.

You can leave the query by clicking the X button in the upper right corner.
