The HolAzAutó Record management module is the entry point of the in-house developed, automated record-management system; from here you can reach the task tracking, the card view, the custom registers (DSD), the use of custom registers and the workflow functions.

In the HolAzAutó Record management module you find the functions of the automated record-management system. The module menu links to the following subpages:

• Task tracking — follow-up of tasks and processing chains.
• Card view — the card (board) presentation of task-based records in workflow columns.
• Custom forms & records — defining custom data structures (DSD).
• Using custom records — the everyday use of the defined records.

Follow the steps below in the HolAzAutó system:

• Navigation: open the menu item indicated in the summary and description above.
• Actions: use the list, search fields and action buttons of the screen to perform the operation (create, modify, delete, export).
• Result: the HolAzAutó system saves and displays the changed data immediately.
