Card view
The HolAzAutó card (board) view shows the records of Task / Customer type (task-based) DSD registers as cards arranged into workflow columns: you see the records grouped by status on a single screen, and you can move them to the next workflow step by dragging & dropping the cards.
The card view is available on the record list screen, switchable from the table view. For the basics, see the Custom forms & records and the Workflow definitions chapters.
When is it available?
The view switcher (“Table / Cards”) appears only for task-based records — DSD definitions that have at least one workflow definition attached and whose processing mode is Task, Customer or Task Tracking. All other (e.g. stock/basic data) records remain table-list only.
Switching the view
In the list header, on the right you'll find the Table ↔ Cards switcher. When you switch to the card view, the system loads the records matching the active filter and shows them in the workflow columns.
Selecting a workflow definition
The card view always belongs to one workflow definition: the columns show all elements of that definition. You can choose the definition from the dropdown in the action bar.
- If the record type has only one workflow definition attached, it is selected automatically — the dropdown still appears in case you want to switch.
- Example columns (depends on the definition): Warranty: New → In progress → Done; Repair: Recording → Open → Assigned → In progress → Done.
The cards
The cards show the record's essential data (the fields defined in the record layout):
- the card header shows the record's short identifier — click it to open the edit screen;
- the card body shows the selected fields (label – value pairs);
- double-click opens the card and you can continue working on the detailed record screen.
The cards are grouped by executor (responsible person): each executor has his own row with columns. Records without an executor go to the “—” (unassigned) group.
The list loads 100 records at a time: as you scroll to the bottom, the next chunk is loaded automatically (infinite scroll).
Moving a record (drag & drop)
Grab a card and drag it to another column — this changes the record's workflow state.
- While dragging, the system highlights the valid target columns: based on the workflow change rules, only the columns reachable from the source element accept the card.
- If the source element has no transition rule, every element column is a valid target.
- The “—” (unassigned) column does not accept dropped cards.
- If you drop the card into another executor's group, the record's executor is re-assigned to that executor.
- If the move is invalid because of the workflow rules or missing mandatory fields, the system automatically opens the record's edit screen so you can fill in the missing data.
Creating a new record
You can create a new record from the card view too:
- with the “+” button in the action bar — the record starts without an executor;
- with the “+” cell of the first column (hover over the column) — the record starts pre-filled with that executor.
The new record belongs to the selected workflow definition and always starts from the definition's default (first) element. After saving, the “Back” button returns you to the card view.
Quick search
The search field on the right side of the action bar searches the loaded cards: while typing, the cards are filtered and non-matching cards are hidden.
Filtering and pinned filter chips
The usual filters (the filter panel opened from the magnifier icon) and the pinned filter chips also work in the card view:
- if the filter selects exactly one workflow definition, the view automatically switches to that definition (the filter “wins” over a manual selection);
- the workflow element filter filters only the cards — the columns always show all elements of the selected workflow definition;
- a pinned chip pointing to another definition is ignored by the card view (the board always belongs to the selected definition).
Back to the list
On the edit screen, the round blue back-arrow button (floating on the right) returns you to the card view — keeping the selected workflow definition. Note that Task tracking is a separate screen: that is the table–map hybrid view; the card-based presentation of the records is this card view.
