The Document store module of the HolAzAutó mobile application makes the documents available on the web interface accessible in four submenus: Evaluations, Invoices, Contracts and Fleet. The appearance of the menu items depends on the rights, and the documents can be downloaded and deleted within the data retention period.

In the document store you can find the following submenus:

• evaluations,
• invoices,
• contracts,
• fleet.

The appearance of the menu items depends on the rights; the data serving administrative purposes (invoices, contracts) can only be viewed by those entitled to it. You can download and delete the exports prepared and the other data in the document store at any time within the data retention period.

After you tap the download button, it downloads the document to your phone; from then on you can choose whether you delete or open the file.

It is universally true that in all functions of the document store the help button is on the right edge of the header, and next to it the magnifying glass icon, with which you can search among the documents according to the same criteria as on the web interface.

To refresh the list manually, scroll to the top of the list, then pull the list further downwards with your finger until an animation of an arrow turning in appears.

With the Document store module of the HolAzAutó mobile application the exports made on the web interface, the issued invoices, the contracts and the documents attached to fleet management can be downloaded directly to your mobile phone at any time within the data retention period, so the documents are accessible in the field as well.

Without the Document store function you can only access invoices, contracts, evaluations and fleet documents from the web interface, so you cannot reach them in the field, and downloading would always require a computer.

The content of the evaluations submenu of the document store is the same in the mobile application and in the web application. Here you can find the results of the exports requested and scheduled in the evaluation function.

In the invoices submenu you can view the invoices issued to the subscriber.

The contracts submenu contains the contracts concluded between the service provider and the customer.

In the fleet pocket of the document store you can find the documents uploaded as attachments in the fleet management functions. An example is an invoice attached to a fuelling event, etc.

: The data retention period is the time during which the HolAzAutó system stores the data in the document store (for example exports, invoices, contracts); within this period the documents can be downloaded and deleted at any time.
