Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

? What is the difference between Persons and Users in HolAzAutó?

: In the HolAzAutó system, a Person is the data sheet of a real person (name, birth data, group membership), maintained in the Basic data → Persons module. A User, on the other hand, is an account used for signing in (user name or e-mail address, password, permissions), managed in the Basic data → Users module. In the Persons module you can assign a user to the person; the user–person pairing is the precondition of driver or passenger identification, so if the person has no user used for signing in, the HolAzAutó system can also generate a technical user for the driver or passenger identification.

? How do I add a person (driver) in HolAzAutó?

: Open HolAzAutó Basic data → Persons, create the person and assign a user to them; the user assignment is a precondition of driver identification.
