Fuel Consumption by Activity

The HolAzAutó Custom queries → Fuel Consumption by Activity report shows the fuel consumption drilled down by vehicle usage mode and blowing out; the result contains the consumed fuel, the average consumption (litres/100 km and litres/hour) and the engine work time.

The Fuel Consumption by Activity query examines the fuel consumption of the vehicles broken down by usage mode and blowing out: this way the HolAzAutó report also allows the analysis of the relation between consumption and engine work time. The query is available for users with the appropriate permission.

To create a Fuel Consumption by Activity query, provide the following parameters:

• Query name — a name used to identify the report.
• Date period — a predefined period or a custom start and end date with time.
• Type to examine — the examination can be vehicle or person type; use the appropriate selector button to pick the vehicles or persons to examine.
• Show path on map — when enabled, the sections are also displayed on the map interface next to the result; for large amounts of data, disabling it can speed up the query.

To run the query you must select at least one vehicle or person; then you can run the query immediately with the [Run] button or save it as a profile with the [Save] button.

The finished report is available in the Special reports section of the Document store and can be downloaded in CSV and PDF format, or displayed on the interface if required.

The result table shows the following data:

• the vehicle or person,
• the consumed fuel,
• the average consumption by distance (litres/100 km),
• the average consumption by time (litres/hour),
• the engine work time.
