The Driver identification function of the HolAzAutó mobile application lets you drive your own or fleet vehicles as an identified driver; you can identify yourself by scanning the QR code or with a Bluetooth beacon, and set the business or private nature of the trip.

The Driver identification function of the HolAzAutó mobile application lets you drive vehicles — either your own or vehicles belonging to the fleet — as an identified driver.

You can find the QR codes required for driver identification in the web application, under Basic data, in the Vehicles menu. To download them, tap the QR code icon among the buttons on the left above the list, and select the driver role. Print the downloaded code (and laminate it), then place it in the vehicle.

If the logged-in user currently has an identification, the currently valid identification appears on the screen after opening the function.

You can close the valid identification by tapping the Separate button at the bottom of the screen.

Driver identifications performed with the mobile application are logged on the web interface, on the Pairings tab of the vehicle data sheet.

• Driver identification menu: under the Administration menu item tap the Driver identification menu item.
• Identification with a beacon: tap the Identification with a beacon option, then choose whether you are starting a Private or Business trip.
• Start: drive off with the vehicle.
