The Parking function of the HolAzAutó mobile application can be opened from the dashboard and from the navigation bar; here you can start parking, view your running and earlier parkings, renew the parking, top up your parking balance and set a warning limit.

The Parking function can be opened from the dashboard and from the navigation bar.

In the parking menu the following functions are available:

• Viewing earlier parkings
• Viewing and editing running parkings
• Starting parking
• Viewing the balance, topping it up, setting a warning

If a vehicle stays in a paid parking zone for several days, the parking ticket has to be renewed daily, which can easily be forgotten and may result in a surcharge or a fine. The HolAzAutó Parking function solves this situation with the automated handling of renewal and balance.

With the Parking function of the HolAzAutó mobile application parking can be started and stopped from the map, the Parking renewal function automatically purchases the parking tickets until the set day, and on the Balance page you can top up your parking balance and set a warning limit, thus reducing the risk of surcharges and fines.

Without the Parking function the drivers have to manage the parking tickets manually, and without renewal and balance the risk of surcharges and fines caused by an expired parking increases.

Here you can see the list of the earlier parkings; item by item you can find the licence plate, the date and the identifier of the parking zone, but after tapping a given item, more detailed information also becomes available.

With another tap the detailing disappears.

By tapping the filter on the right edge of the header you can also search among your earlier parkings according to different conditions.

The started but not yet finished, i.e. the running parkings are listed in this menu item.

After tapping the green field, you can examine the running parkings by scrolling.

Detailing the parkings, you can see the licence plate, the identifier of the parking zone, the start date of the parking, the duration of the parking, the transaction identifier, and finally the estimated, expected maximum cost of the parking.

By tapping the Start parking button, the map view opens and you see the position of the vehicle which is

• assigned to you as a driver, or
• which is the closest to your device, from which you start the parking

In the white bubble you can see the currently selected vehicle; you can modify it by tapping the name of the vehicle. Here you have to choose the appropriate one from a drop-down list, but you can also filter among the list items using the search function.

After selecting the appropriate vehicle — as our help in the bubble also says — choose a parking zone on the map or find the appropriate zone by zone code with the magnifying glass icon on the right edge of the header. After tapping the zone, a window appears with the details of the parking.

By tapping the “Parking details” button on the window, further information about the parking appears.

Here you also have the possibility to top up your balance or set automatic renewal, if you want to park for a longer period.

In the case of downtown parking zones it can happen that you can buy a parking ticket for a maximum of 2 or 3 hours. Taking this into account, when you start the parking, the application automatically offers the automatic renewal of the parking until the end of the current day. If the vehicle has to stay in the same parking zone for several days, you can set the end of the parking up to 5 calendar days in advance.

In this case, by tapping the Detail the parking button when parking, in the Parking renewal window choose with the help of the calendar the day until which the parking will last, and our system automatically buys the parking tickets until the parking lasts. Of course, this function can be cancelled at any time during the renewal period.

By tapping the pencil icon, we can also type in the desired date ourselves instead of choosing it on the calendar.

If after this we still want to set it on the calendar, tap the calendar icon.

In the mobile application you have the possibility to top up your parking balance and set the warning limits related to parking.

You can switch between the two options with the button at the bottom of the window. The button always shows the caption of the screen you will switch to with the tap.

On the balance page you can see the current balance of your companies and top it up.

By tapping the Top up button, the page navigates to the balance top-up screen, where you have to select from a drop-down list which company's balance you want to top up and how much amount you want to add. Currently you can choose from the quick buttons, i.e. 10 000 HUF, 25 000 HUF and 50 000 HUF. If you would add a different amount, visit the web interface, where you can top up any amount between 10 000 and 100 000 HUF, rounded to the nearest thousand.

Currently SimplePay and Stripe payment options are available in the mobile application, but payment by pro forma invoice is also available on the web interface.

On this page you have the possibility to set a limit; if your balance fell below this limit, you receive a warning in the form of a push notification (bell) and email, and your balance appears in red.

? What does parking balance mean?

: The parking balance is a credit that can be topped up in advance in the HolAzAutó system and from which the system deducts the parking fees; the balance can be topped up in the mobile application with SimplePay or Stripe payment, and a warning limit can be set for it.

? How can I start parking in the HolAzAutó mobile application?

: By tapping the Start parking button of the Parking menu, the map view opens; select the vehicle, then the parking zone on the map or by zone code with the magnifying glass icon, and start the parking.

? How can I renew my parking?

: By tapping the Detail the parking button, in the Parking renewal window choose with the help of the calendar the day until which the parking will last; the HolAzAutó system automatically buys the parking tickets, and the function can be cancelled at any time during the renewal period.

? How can I top up my parking balance?

: On the Balance page tap the Top up button, select the company and the amount from the quick buttons (10 000 HUF, 25 000 HUF, 50 000 HUF); in the mobile application the SimplePay and Stripe payment options are available.

? How can I set a warning limit for the balance?

: On the Warning limit page set the limit; if the balance falls below the limit, you receive a warning in the form of a push notification (bell) and email, and your balance appears in red.
