Work number usage

The Work number usage function of the HolAzAutó mobile application is available in the Administration menu, and lets you create, view and close work number usages — even on the way, reacting to an unexpected task assignment — based on the work numbers created on the web interface; the function also works offline.

We placed the work number usage function in the Administration menu.

The work number usage function of the mobile app lets you create a work number usage even on the way, reacting to an unexpected task assignment.

After the function loads, the screen shows whether the logged-in user currently has a valid work number usage.

If you do not have an open work number usage, tap the Work number selector button placed in the lower part of the screen to open the list of the work numbers created earlier on the web interface.

With the search field at the top of the scrollable list you can also find the appropriate work number by name and identifier.

In the pop-up window that opens when you tap the work number you are looking for, you can check the selected work number one more time,

then by tapping the OK button the system records the work number usage.

We display the details of the created work number usage, so you can check:

• the identifier of the selected work number,
• the name of the selected work number,
• and the date and time of the creation of the work number usage, as well as the time elapsed since the start.

The application regularly checks the status of the given work number usage, because you can also modify the work number usages on the web interface. If the usage has been closed in the web application, the application synchronises this change. Offline operation is also solved on the mobile client; the usage created in offline state is synchronised by our system as soon as the data connection is restored. Although the application regularly checks the status of the usage, you can also refresh the state of the usage manually by tapping the button on the right edge of the header.

You can of course also close the created work number usage in the application as needed. To do this, tap the Close work number usage button,

then in the pop-up window tap the Yes button; after this the usage is closed.

Afterwards you return to the initial state.

: In the Work number usage function tap the Work number selector button in the lower part of the screen, find the work number by name or identifier, check the selection in the pop-up window, then tap the OK button.

? How can I close the work number usage?

: Tap the Close work number usage button, then in the pop-up window tap the Yes button; afterwards the usage is closed and you return to the initial state.

: Yes, the usage created in offline state is synchronised by the HolAzAutó system as soon as the data connection is restored; you can also refresh the state manually with the button on the right edge of the header.
