Maintenance

The Maintenance function of the HolAzAutó mobile application informs you about the planned maintenance of the web and mobile system; the warning message appears at the bottom edge of the screen after login, and the Details button opens the Maintenance menu of the Document store.

We regularly update both our web and mobile application, and we inform our users about these occasions in advance. In certain cases the update of the web interface involves a short outage, and during this time the serving of the mobile application is also suspended.

Since possible outages also affect the mobile clients, we also display the warning messages about these occasions in the mobile app. When we publish a maintenance warning, you can read the text of the entry at the bottom edge of the screen after login.

By tapping the Details button on the right edge of the notification bar, the application opens the Maintenance menu of the Document store, where you can read the detailed information about the current update.

The information concerns the date and time of the update and the expected duration of the outage.

After the maintenance ends, the warning disappears.
