The Timeline function of the HolAzAutó mobile application shows the movements of the selected device, vehicle or person and the other data generated from the trips (for example average speed, odometer reading) in a transparent way, based on a parameterisable period and sectioning (ignition or standstill).
With the timeline function you can easily and transparently follow the movements of the selected device, vehicle or person and the other data generated from the trips, such as the average speed or the odometer reading.
The HolAzAutó Timeline function shows the movements of vehicles, devices and persons and the data of the trips (for example average speed, odometer reading) in a transparent, parameterisable way by period and sectioning, so the trips and stops of a given vehicle can be quickly retrieved later.
Without the Timeline function the trips of the vehicles and the data belonging to them (for example departure and arrival address, average speed) cannot be reviewed in a single view filterable by period, so the later control of the trips is more difficult.
When opening the function, first you can set the parameters of the query. Choose which device, vehicle or person you want to follow by tapping the topmost box; here, with the usual tabbed, scrollable list or after typing the name of the device into the search field, tap the selected item.
Then set the period in which you want to examine the journeys made. Here you can give a custom period with the help of the calendar, but with the quick buttons you can also set the most frequently used periods with one tap.
When you have finished with this, you only have to make the route settings. Here you can choose how the section breakdown should happen. If you choose the ignition option, the system takes the state without ignition into account, and with the blue slider you can set after how much time spent without ignition the journey should be broken into sections.
If you want to perform the sectioning according to standstill, you can also do this. In this case the application takes the waiting in one place as the basis, and with the slider you can set after how much waiting time the system should break the journeys made into sections.
After setting the parameters, by tapping the next button you get the result of the query.
At the top you can see the name of the device, vehicle or person, below it the examined period. Below this you can choose which data should be visible by tapping the box named accordingly to the data.
Then you can see the route sections made one after the other in chronological order. The starting points are marked with a white triangle on a green background, the arrival points with a white square on a red background.
The departure and arrival addresses, below them with the date and time, appear on separate cards next to the corresponding marking. This way it is easy to see when, from where and where the driver moved in the given period.
A line connecting a departure point and an arrival point marks a section; afterwards, according to the parameterisation, a new section starts.
If you tap one of the cards of the section, you can get further information about the journey made, such as the average speed or the odometer reading.
With the arrow pointing left on the left side of the header you can step back to the parameterisation menu to modify the settings.
? What does sectioning mean in the Timeline?
: Sectioning in the HolAzAutó Timeline function means dividing the trips into separate sections, which can be done on the basis of ignition (time elapsed without ignition) or standstill (waiting in one place); the section cards show the departure and arrival addresses, dates and times.
? How can I set the parameters of the Timeline query in the HolAzAutó mobile application?
: When opening the Timeline function, select the device, vehicle or person by tapping the topmost box, set the period with the calendar or the quick buttons, then the mode of sectioning (ignition or standstill) and the slider value belonging to it.
? Which sectioning modes can I choose from in the Timeline?
: In the Timeline function of the HolAzAutó mobile application the ignition option takes the state without ignition into account (with the slider you can set after how much time it should break a section), while the standstill option takes the waiting in one place as the basis.
