The Basic data module of the HolAzAutó mobile application provides the management of the basic data of POIs (known points) and vehicles; with special rights, the management of Users is also available. POIs can be listed, searched and created, and the basic data of the vehicles can be viewed and modified.
Basically, two functions can be found here: the POIs and the Vehicles, and with special rights Users is also available.
The POI function keeps track of our created known points, listing them in a separate menu item.
By tapping the icon, the list of the known points appears, with the Search bar at the top and the Create POI button below it.
With the search function you can search among the existing POIs by name; by tapping the X on the right edge of the bar you can delete your filter condition.
By tapping the POIs you can view and modify the data of the given POI.
You can create a POI in two ways in the mobile application: through the Current locations, which we discuss here, and with the Create POI option of the POIs function.
By tapping the Create POI button, the map screen opens with the Create POI button on it. In the header you can find the back button, the switch to the Google map view and the saving of the editing (check mark). The area can be created with the following methods:
By tapping any point of the map or by dragging the grey points you add a new point to the shape, by dragging the empty squares you can change the points of the shape, and if you press the square for a long time, you can delete the points; however, you need at least three points to define a shape, so our system does not let you save the edits with fewer than three points.
By tapping the Google map button you can also create new points by tapping the map, but here you no longer have the possibility to create points with the grey buttons. The points are numbered and connect the sides in order; if you press and hold a point, you can not delete but move it. At the sides you can see the length of the line determined by the two points, i.e. the distance between the two points. You can delete a point with the arrow among the operation buttons shown above, i.e. with the undo.
Next to it you can save your edit with the check mark, with the X button you can delete the visibility of the shape, together with the operation buttons to its left. You can release it with the buoy icon after tapping the X icon. To the right of this you can find the button navigating to your own position, and next to it the button choosing between the satellite image and the map view.
After creating the shape, by tapping the blue Done button you have to set the name of the POI and the group it will belong to (these are mandatory fields), the address of the POI, whether it appears in the address resolution and whether it counts as private data. Then save the known point by tapping the Save button.
This function — similarly to the Vehicles function on the web interface — lists the vehicles and lets you access their basic data.
By tapping the icon on the right edge of the header you can filter among the vehicles according to different conditions.
By tapping the bubble of the vehicle you can modify the data sheet of the vehicle; if no picture has been added, you can also import a picture from your gallery or take a photo with your phone.
This function is tied to rights. When opened, you can see the list of the users belonging to the company, you can search among the users or add a new one after giving the mandatory basic data. In the further data tab you can give the rights to the given user, or take them away from the given user.
