The Current locations function of the HolAzAutó mobile application shows the real-time position of the devices, vehicles and persons you observe in a map and list view; from here you can open the device data sheet, start parking, and access the map functions (labels, POI handling, parking zones), as well as the filtering of the device, vehicle and person list.
After login, the home page welcomes you; the Current locations function is available in the menu.
On the current locations screen you can follow the real-time position of the devices you observe and the data sent. The map view has its place in the upper part of the screen, below it you can find the list of the devices.
On the Current locations screen of the HolAzAutó mobile application you can follow the real-time position of vehicles, devices and persons in a map and list view. With the TYPE, STATE and GROUP filters you can quickly find the devices you are looking for, and with the functions available the most common operations, such as starting parking, can be performed on site.
Without the Current locations function, the real-time position of the vehicles cannot be seen in a map and list view, so following moving vehicles and performing on-site operations (for example starting parking) can only be done with delay or from other screens.
On the Current locations screen you can follow the movement of your devices on the map corresponding to your subscription (Google by default). The devices in a stationary position are shown with a coffee cup, the moving devices with a direction arrow, or with the icon and colour set on the web interface and in the mobile application.
The name of the device appears below the icon according to the template set in the Profile or Subscription data menu item of the web interface. By tapping the icon of the device, in the label appearing at the top of the map you can see the name of the device and, if it is moving, its speed.
By tapping the three-dot icon on the right edge of the header you can refresh the map manually and access the help; you can reach the map display settings by tapping the gear icon on the left, next to the three dots.
If you are also curious about the information sent by the device, you can open the device data sheet by tapping this label; there you can find all the data and values sent. When it opens, the summary view of the data sheet opens from the bottom of the screen, covering the device list. In this view you can find the most important information and operations:
In the bottom bar of the summary view you can find the
By tapping the P button you can start parking for the selected vehicle.
By tapping the Navigation button, the map service set by default on the mobile device plans a route from your current position to the location of the device.
By tapping the Sharing button you can share the position of the device on the channels available on the mobile device.
By tapping the Documents button you can export or view the documents belonging to the selected device.
By tapping the POI creation button you can edit a known point at the location of the given device.
You can display the data sent by the device by pulling the header of the data sheet upwards. By pulling upwards you can switch to the full view of the data sheet.
Here, switching between tabs, you can switch between the Data, Vehicle battery, Timeline, Past locations, Evaluation and Notifications functions. Whichever tab you switch to, every function is pre-set to the given device, so for example you can easily and quickly make a past locations query from the map for the given device.
Within the notifications tab you can specify for which types of events you want to receive a notification for the given device.
Among the functions helping the use of the map view, you can control the zooming in and out and the moving of the map with finger gestures, the same way as in the known map applications. The buttons of the further functions are on the right edge of the map, from top to bottom in the following order:
By tapping this button, the application sets a zoom level on which you can see all devices on the map.
With this button you can make the caption appearing under the devices (name, licence plate, etc.) visible or hide it.
You can also use the POIs created on the web interface in the mobile application. After login, the display is switched off by default. By tapping this button you can switch it on; all POIs then appear on the map.
At the same time, a button marked with geometric figures appears under the switch. By tapping this button, the panel for handling the POI groups and the POIs opens.
On the panel that opens, all POIs belonging to all POI groups appear in the list. When you tap a given POI in the list, the map focuses on the selected POI and zooms in.
You can narrow the set of POIs in the list by selecting the POI groups. You can choose the POI groups in the filter appearing by tapping the three horizontal lines on the right edge of the POI header above the list.
If you only have a few POI groups, you can choose the groups by tapping the horizontally scrollable buttons marked with the group names in the filter bar.
The display of the parking zones is switched off by default after login. To switch the display on, tap the P button. After this, the surface toll parking zones operated by the National Mobile Payment Ltd. appear on the map. The parking zones appear above a certain zoom level, so after switching on, zoom into the area of the zone you are looking for so that the zone becomes visible.
A caption at the bottom of the screen informs you how to start parking; by tapping the link, the application redirects you to the Parking screen.
You can use the online parking function only against payment, after concluding the parking contract; however, you can view the parking zones even without the contract. After tapping the zone, the parking preparation window opens. By tapping the parking details button you can check the information about the zone.
Without a parking contract you cannot start parking from the preparation window — we also inform you about this with a message — for this you have to conclude the parking contract on the web interface.
If you have a parking contract, starting and stopping the parking in the mobile application takes only a few moments.
You can start parking in two ways on the current locations screen:
By tapping the parking zone, you can view the identifier of the given zone, its toll periods and its pricing in a pop-up panel. The vehicle or device with which you want to perform the parking appears in the header; you can modify it by tapping the header.
By tapping the start parking button you can immediately start the parking, while the parking details button gives insight into the details of the parking; here you also have the possibility to renew the parking or top up the balance as needed.
If you start the parking from the data sheet of a vehicle standing in or near the parking zone, the process differs from the above-described in that you do not have to select the vehicle or the zone; in this case the system automatically fills in this information.
You can stop the ongoing parkings in the Parking menu; we detail the information related to this in the chapter about it.
On the current locations screen, we placed the list below the map.
At the top of the list, by tapping the filter button you first find the text search, in which you can filter among your devices by name.
In the same way as on the web interface, the display of the device, vehicle and person (identified drivers) types is also available in the mobile application. You can filter the content appearing in the list and on the map not only by type, but also by state and grouping. You can call up the type, state and group filters by tapping the three horizontal lines on the right edge of the text search.
On the left TYPE tab you can switch between the device, vehicle and person views,
on the middle STATE tab you can filter by the state of the displayed type, i.e. the moving, stationary and inactive states, and you can also filter the content of the list by the state of the ignition signal. We also provided the states with colour codes for a better overview.
You can apply several filter criteria at the same time, according to the aspects of the search. If you only use manual (not vehicle-mounted) devices, the ignition is not interpretable, so the ignition filter does not appear in this case.
On the right GROUP tab you can narrow the circle of the displayed devices using the groups set on the web interface.
You can choose among the groups by tapping the Group selector button; by tapping the group you want to view, the list and the map both display the devices belonging to the given group. The number in parentheses behind the group name indicates the number of group members.
You can delete the group selection with the X button.
You can set the height of the list — i.e. how large an area it should cover from the map — according to your own needs, matching the number of your devices.
By pulling the header of the list to the bottom of the screen you can set a full map view, and by pulling it in the opposite direction you can also maximise the list view.
If you observe more devices than you can review at once in the list, the list becomes vertically scrollable.
If you are curious about the position of a given device, tap it in the list; the map then focuses on the device, zooms in, and highlights the selected item in blue in the list. At the same time, the label containing the name appears above the device, which also contains the current speed in case of movement. In this case the map switches to follow mode, keeping the selected device in focus during movement.
