The HolAzAutó Basic data → Points of interest (POI) module fully manages the POIs and POI groups created in the system; the POIs can be used in the monitoring tasks, area rules and custom queries, and can be created, edited or imported on the map interface.
The points created in the Points of interest (POI) module of HolAzAutó can be used in the monitoring tasks, in the area rules and in the custom queries: with their help you can quickly check which vehicles are staying at a given place, and the location-based events can also be handled with rule-based notifications.
Without using POIs the location-based control of the vehicles, the creation of the area rules and the query of the visited points cannot be performed, so the location-based notifications and reports cannot be set up.
Open HolAzAutó Basic data → Points of interest; create, edit or import the POIs on the map interface and assign them to POI groups for later use in queries and rules.
POI group: a category for grouping the POIs, which is a mandatory field when creating a POI: to save the POI you have to select an existing group or create a new one. The group helps you organise the POIs (for example by site, customer or warehouse), and later you can easily filter them by group. You can manage the POI groups in the Groups view of the Points of interest screen: create a new group or modify an existing one here, and use the Show group elements button to list the POIs of the group.
