POI & Route Analysis

The HolAzAutó Custom queries → POI & Route Analysis report provides detailed metrics on time spent, distance covered and entry/exit timestamps within the selected POIs; when enabled, it also summarizes the time and distance spent outside the selected POIs.

The POI & Route Analysis query examines the stays within the selected POIs: the HolAzAutó report shows the duration of each stay, the distance covered, and the entry and exit timestamps. If you enable the Aggregation of stops outside POI setting, the query also summarizes the time spent and the distance covered outside the POIs.

To create a POI & Route Analysis query, provide the following parameters:

• Query name — a name used to identify the report.
• Date period — a predefined period (for example yesterday, last week, last month) or a custom start and end date with time.
• Type to examine — the examination can be device, vehicle or person type; for person type, the query examines the routes of the vehicles driven by the selected persons.
• Devices / vehicles / persons — use the selector button to pick the devices, vehicles or persons to examine.
• POIs — select the points of interest (POI) to examine with the POI selector button.
• Aggregation of stops outside POI — when enabled, the report also summarizes the stops outside the selected POIs.
• Working hours — if you want the query to examine only the stays within the defined working hours, you can set the working hours per day and decide whether the examination should run during or outside working hours.

To run the query you must select at least one device/vehicle/person and at least one POI; then you can run the query immediately with the [Run] button or save it as a profile with the [Save] button.

The finished report is available in the Special reports section of the Document store and can be downloaded in CSV, Excel (.xlsx) and PDF format, or displayed on the interface if required.

The result table shows the following data for each stay:

• the name of the POI,
• the duration of the stay,
• the distance covered,
• the entry (from) and exit (to) timestamps.
