Private use report

The HolAzAutó Custom queries → Private use report shows whether the drivers in the query exceeded their allowed private-use quota in the examined period; in case of exceeding, the report displays the fuel amount connected to the distance driven above the quota and the kilometre-based fee payable by the driver.

Follow the steps below in the HolAzAutó system:

• Navigation: open the menu item indicated in the summary and description above.
• Actions: use the list, search fields and action buttons of the screen to perform the operation (create, modify, delete, export).
• Result: the HolAzAutó system saves and displays the changed data immediately.
