Partner companies (Basic data)

The HolAzAutó Basic data → Partner companies module records and manages the data of the partner companies: a partner company can be created, contacts and sites can be recorded, visit purposes can be added, and the data of the partner companies can be merged. The costs registered in the system can be assigned to a partner company, so the cost statements can be queried broken down by partner company as well.

Follow the steps below in the HolAzAutó system:

• Navigation: open the menu item indicated in the summary and description above.
• Actions: use the list, search fields and action buttons of the screen to perform the operation (create, modify, delete, export).
• Result: the HolAzAutó system saves and displays the changed data immediately.
