Mileage

The HolAzAutó Basic data → Mileage menu item lists the odometer readings and mileage data of the selected vehicles, broken down by vehicle.

The Mileage menu item of the HolAzAutó Basic data module shows the vehicle mileage log: in the table, per vehicle, you can see the start and end dates of the period, the opening and closing odometer readings, the total distance travelled (based on CAN and GPS), and the consumed fuel. The list can be filtered, its columns can be configured, and the table content can be downloaded.

Follow the steps below to use the HolAzAutó Mileage menu item:

• Navigation: on the HolAzAutó web interface, go to Main Menu → Basic data → Mileage.
• Display: the list shows the mileage data of the selected vehicles, per vehicle (start and end date of the period, opening and closing odometer readings, distance travelled, consumed fuel).
• Filter and customize: use the tools above the list to search and filter, and configure the visible columns and their layout.
• Download: you can export the table content for further processing.

? What is the difference between the „Mileage” item of Basic data and the „Mileage” special report?

: The Basic data Mileage menu item lists the per-vehicle mileage log (odometer readings); the Special reports Mileage query analyses the mileage as a periodic report. The two functions are separate menu items in the HolAzAutó system.
