Operation log

The HolAzAutó Custom queries → Operation log report summarizes the operating hours and refueling of the vehicles, with work time, utilization, fueled quantity and charged electric energy data, plus departure and arrival addresses.

The Operation log query summarizes the operating hours and refueling of the vehicles: the HolAzAutó report shows per vehicle the work time, the utilization, the fueled quantity, and the departure/arrival data of the vehicle movements.

To create an Operation log query, provide the following parameters:

• Query name — a name used to identify the report.
• Date period — a predefined period or a custom start and end date with time.
• Vehicles — the query is vehicle type; use the vehicle selector button to pick the vehicles to examine.
• Separation mode — the basis of automatic section separation during the processing (for example based on idle time or ignition).
• Idle (minute) — the minimum idle time in minutes belonging to the separation mode.

To run the query you must select at least one vehicle; then you can run the query immediately with the [Run] button or save it as a profile with the [Save] button.

The finished report is available in the Special reports section of the Document store and can be downloaded in CSV, PDF and PDF by vehicle format, or displayed on the interface if required.

The result table shows the following data:

• the vehicle (dimension),
• the work time,
• the utilization,
• the fueled quantity (in litres),
• the charged electric energy (in kWh),
• the start and end time of the operation,
• the departure and arrival addresses.
