Fleet costs

The HolAzAutó Fleet costs function tracks the costs incurred during the operation of the fleet; here new cost items can be created, the costs can be searched by type, date, partner company, vehicle, person, status and scheduled/non-scheduled, and the list can be exported in XLS format.

Follow the steps below in the HolAzAutó system:

• Navigation: open the menu item indicated in the summary and description above.
• Actions: use the list, search fields and action buttons of the screen to perform the operation (create, modify, delete, export).
• Result: the HolAzAutó system saves and displays the changed data immediately.
