Fuel price (Administration)

The HolAzAutó Administration → Fuel price function maintains the fuel prices; to calculate the fuel cost the HolAzAutó system needs the amount of fuel consumed, the fuel type of the vehicle and the valid fuel price recorded here.

Follow the steps below in the HolAzAutó system:

• Navigation: open the menu item indicated in the summary and description above.
• Actions: use the list, search fields and action buttons of the screen to perform the operation (create, modify, delete, export).
• Result: the HolAzAutó system saves and displays the changed data immediately.

? How does the HolAzAutó system calculate fuel cost?

: It uses the consumed fuel amount, the vehicle fuel type and the valid fuel price maintained in Administration → Fuel price.
