The HolAzAutó Basic data → Work numbers module is used to create and maintain work numbers: with work numbers the accounting items of contracts, investments and activities can be grouped, work numbers can be assigned to users and groups, and the use of work numbers can be reported in the evaluation and route records.

Follow the steps below in the HolAzAutó system:

• Navigation: open the menu item indicated in the summary and description above.
• Actions: use the list, search fields and action buttons of the screen to perform the operation (create, modify, delete, export).
• Result: the HolAzAutó system saves and displays the changed data immediately.
